March 6 is National Oreo® Cookie Day
Like most, you probably think EVERY day should be Oreo® Day! Did you know they now have 30 flavors? Nabisco has come a long way since the first flavor made its debut on March 6, 1912. You could try a different one for an entire month most months! Here is a favorite recipe of mine using the good ol’ classic ones, Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake. Back in 2000, I started a book club that met while the kids were in school. Boy, did we have some good lunches! One month a friend hosted and made this amazing cheesecake and was kind enough to share the recipe with me. Thank you, The Ultimate Southern Living Cookbook, for this keeper!
