Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole grain bread, toasted
  • 2 T. prepared pesto
  • 1/2 tomato, sliced
  • 2 strips bacon, already cooked
  • 1/4 cup fresh spinach

Method

Step 1

Spread pesto onto both pieces of toasted bread*. Layer on tomato, bacon and spinach. Enjoy!
