TGIF and Happy February!
My husband and I sailed through the week and docked tonight at Smoking’ Fins for a nautical happy hour. It never ceases to amaze me how, in beautiful, land-locked Colorado, we have so many seafood restaurants that are top-notch! Tonight we tried another new one in our ‘hood that was a delightful surprise and hooked us immediately. Our happy hour menu from left on was: Ahi Stack, Southwest Poke and Shrimp & Avocado Crisp.
